Gordon Rausser

Gordon Rausser is a recognized national expert on financial markets, a widely-published author and inventor, and a founder of start-up companies. He frequently speaks publicly on urgent economic and financial issues. Dr. Rausser is the Robert Gordon Sproul Distinguished Professor at U.C. Berkeley. Gordon is a fellow of the American Statistical Association, the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the American Agricultural Economics Association. Over the course of his professional career, Dr. Rausser has been responsible for developing four new areas of research and has been one of the pioneers in nine other fundamental areas.

As a result, he has received 16 national awards for original research discoveries. During the 1970's and 1980's, much of Dr. Rausser's research focused on exchange futures markets and CFTC regulations. He was engaged as an expert by a number of the organized futures exchanges on risk analytics, portfolio analysis, and futures markets as an asset class. He has also testified before the CFTC on the proposed introduction of new futures commodity contracts.

He has published more than 200 articles, books, and book chapters and has written more than 100 Commissioned Papers, Governmental Reports, and Working Papers. While on leave from U.C. Berkeley, Dr. Rausser served as senior economist on the President's Council of Economic Advisors in the mid-1980's and subsequently as chief economist of the U.S. Agency for International Development from 1988 to 1990.

Gordon has created over $500 million in shareholder value by founding two companies that have been taken public and three successful private companies. He is the co-author of two patents in financial technology pertaining to dynamic risk-based OTC transaction permissioning and on methodologies for selecting capital efficient asset portfolios.

Mark B. David

Mark B. David is the Chairman, CEO and Founder of Landmark Companies, LLC (“Landmark”). Landmark was founded in 1982 and is a diversified real estate development company. Landmark developed thousands of single family homes, condominiums, apartment units and hotel rooms. Landmark, through its various entities, has had business relationships with several Fortune 100 companies including General Electric Capital, Westinghouse, and Bank of America. It has continuing long standing partnerships with Chevron Oil and GMAC. Landmark is currently a franchisee of Marriott International, Hilton Hotels Corporation, and Starbucks. Several years ago Landmark transitioned from an active real estate development concern to an asset manager of its various holdings including hotels and apartment complexes. Mr. David is a founder and partner in an Italian restaurant in Newport Beach, California along with a Chef/Partner who is a James Beard Honoree. The restaurant, Osteria Drago, is due to open spring, 2010.

Mr. David from 1977 to 1982 was the President of Mark B. David & Associates, a Firm specialized in representation of professional athletes, including contract negotiation, tax planning and business management. Mr. David has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Sociology from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law.

Mr. David is currently or has previously served as a member or board member of the following organizations: Pacific Mercantile Bancorp, American Mensa Ltd., National Association of Home Builders; Lincoln Club of Orange County; Building Industry Association of Southern California; Olive Crest Homes for Abused Children; Boy Scouts of America Orange County Council; University of California Irvine Chancellor’s Club; Sergeant, Special Services Bureau of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

Patrick Delhougne

Patrick Delhougne is a Senior Client Partner in Korn/Ferry International’s New York office, and a member of the Firm’s Global Technology Market. Mr. Delhougne specializes in the recruitment of senior-level executives in the technology and services sectors. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Delhougne was with another executive search firm, where he conducted CEO, board-level, and sales and marketing assignments for clients at publicly traded companies, venture-funded technology companies and professional services firms in the technology space.

Mr. Delhougne has also done extensive work for Israeli and other international clients with sensitive cross-cultural issues. Preceding this, he served as an equity sales associate and analyst for J.P. Morgan in London and New York, and was a case team leader with Bain & Co. in Munich, Germany, where he was responsible for managing strategy consulting projects.

Mr. Delhougne began his career with Siemens PLC in London as the assistant to the CEO, was promoted to corporate planner in the regional strategy group working with the board of directors at Siemens AG in Munich, and worked for the Siemens Transportation Group in Erlangen as commercial manager.

Mr. Delhougne has served as a member of the board of IFX Corporation, as an officer for the Harvard Business School Club of New York, and as board member of Teach for America New York Chapter. Mr. Delhougne earned his master’s in business from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, which he attended on the Werner von Siemens Scholarship.

Mr. Delhougne also received his postgraduate diploma from the London School of Economics and his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the U.S. International University – Europe.
